  • For the compliance of National Green Tribunal Order in M.A No. No. 808 of 2013 in original Application No. 2013 vide dated 4th July , 2014 all the RWAs in delhi are requested to submit the following reply in affidavit stating that :
     

    	•	Whether Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) System have been installed in your colony or not.
    	•	If so, number of such system/pits , their capacity and whether they are functional or not . Catchment area , size of Recharge Pit , Dia & Depth of Injection Well, Condition of filter & design approving authority etc may also be mentioned
    	•	The reply is to be submitted in the office of Delhi Pollution Control Committee (Kind Attn : Sh K. Kumar , EE ) , 4TH Floor , ISBT Building,Kashmerrre GATE , New Delhi-110006 within two weeks of this notice.
    	•	As per directions of Hon'ble NGT four committees for the districts have been formed which shall inspect RWH system (Office order is attached herewith. )

     

  • Information for all Industries/Units using Ground Water - Consent to Establish / Operate / Renewal application will not be accepted without the proof of permission from CGWA/DJB/NDMC for drawing/extraction Ground Water through Borewell or Tubewell w.ef 27th May 2014.
  • Tabular status and Inspection report of inspection carried out by DPCC along with other agencies of different rain water harvesting installed by various department authorities agencies in pursuance of honourable NGT,M.A no. 808 OF 2013 IN Original Application No. 94 of 2013 , Vikrant Kumar Tongad Vs. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.
