We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.          Pollution often disappears when we switch to renewable resources.          Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed.          If we do not act soo, the Earth’s fragile environment will evolve beyond us. Concentration of pollutants increase manifold on night of Deepawali due to use of fire works. To asses the situation DPCC is undertaking air monitoring for limited parameters since 1997. This data widely publicized through print and audio visual media to seusilized the citizen of Delhi about the harmful effects of fire crackers and fire works. Noise monitoring also undertaken at these all locations to asses the noise level and impact on community.
